There are three essential ideas to keep in mind when claiming Employment Support Allowance (ESA) because of the nature of the ESA50 form, and the fact that Atos are seeking to deny benefits, and NOT assess disability: this will not be a fair investigation of your health issues.

Great blog about how meditation can go hand in hand with recovery and the SMART tools. I try to meditate regularly as it is very therapeutic and I’ve found it so helpful over the last year, I really do consider meditation to be a vital resource in my recovery and this blog explains it better than I probably can.
From the very first time I heard anything about this story, it has been obvs that something wasn’t right. As more and more information has come out it has been more and more a blatant cover up. I can’t believe that after all this time, KJ’s family still do not know the truth of what happened to this boy. Tragic.
Such an inspirational man, his courage and tenacity, his passion to do what’s right, is an example to us all.
