    1. I hope you find it as inspiring as I did. Please get help. I think we tend to put up with emotional abuse more because we just feel bad about ourselves, like we’re to blame. I always felt I was being over sensitive, like there was something wrong with me for not being able to cope with my partner’s moods. I just believed everything he said about me and thought I was lucky he put up with me!
      Know your worth, you don’t deserve to be made to feel bad about yourself, and nobody who ‘loves’ you should ever make you feel unworthy. I wish you the very best of luck x
